All online orders are immediately confirmed via email; if you do not receive a confirmation email with your order number, call 912.525.5050 for assistance. All ticket orders placed online are subject to a $4 order fee.

Patrons can call the SCAD Box Office at 912.525.5050 to speak with a ticket agent who will assist you with your ticket purchase. Normal SCAD Box Office hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday; summer hours are 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Normal SCAD Box Office hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday; summer hours are 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Box Office is also open one hour prior to the start of an event at the event’s venue.
Receiving your tickets
Tickets held at will call can be picked up at the SCAD Box Office up until the day of the performance. If tickets are not picked up prior to the performance, they will be available at the performance’s specified venue starting one hour prior to the start of the show. To claim tickets being held at will call, present your photo ID and confirmation number to the ticket agent on duty. There will be signs in the venue lobby and at the box office directing patrons to the will call area.
Tickets that are selected for mobile delivery will be emailed to a registered user’s email address or the email address entered in the contact information section of the guest checkout process. Patrons will receive their ticket information and a QR code to scan for entry to their event.
Tickets that are selected to be mailed will be processed and mailed out the following business day. Delivery takes between five and seven business days. There will be an additional $4 shipping and handling fee attached to each order.
Ticket exchange and donation information
All tickets purchased are final. There are no cancellations or refunds. Tickets must be paid in full at the time of purchase and no unpaid seats will be held. If you are unable to use your tickets, there are several options available:
- Exchange your tickets: Exchanges are allowed only by the management’s discretion and all exchanged tickets are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.
- Donate your tickets: All tickets purchased may be donated back to the box office, but no refund or tax donation will be generated.
